A workplace built to set the pace
Two design directions for NIKE's next Bengaluru home, with the benchmarks and past work behind them.
Chapter 1
What good looks like in a tech center
Seat mix and meeting-room mix from comparable offices. Switch between GCC offices and fashion and retail offices, or lay them over each other.
Read-across
Where fashion and retail differ
- More alternate workpoints. Up to 25% of workpoints, against 0–10% in the GCC benchmark.
- More small meeting rooms, fewer medium ones. Small rooms take 35–45% (GCC: 25–35%) and medium rooms 15–25% (GCC: 30–40%).
- Same core. Individual workpoints stay at 95–100% against enclosed offices at 0–5%, and large rooms hold 35–45% in both sets.

Chapter 2
Two ways to give NIKE a home
Each concept comes with a material story and four spaces: arrival, open office, break out and cafeteria. Pick a concept, walk through it, then slide between the two.
